About Our PropertyDeloitte Hotel & Conference Center is a high‑end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University, closed to the public. It currently has 800 single‑occupancy rooms (expanding to 1,400 rooms in March 2026). The property includes three restaurants, including a Starbucks (expanding to nine restaurants in March 2026), 105,000 square feet of meeting space—ballrooms, amphitheater, and classrooms (expanding to 200,000 square feet in March 2026)—a fitness center, jogging trails, and sports fields.
All clientele are professional; the venue does not host weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social events. It is located in Westlake, Texas, near Keller, Southlake, and Roanoke. For more information, visit

The Assistant Aesthetics Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving the aesthetic aspects of the property, including interior and exterior finishes, walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, fixtures, window treatments, signage, landscaping, and parking lot upkeep. The role also directly oversees the guest room preventive maintenance program.
Responsibilities- Recruit, interview, train, coach, discipline, and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports. Create schedules and approve employees’ time, time off, and shift changes.
- Assign, train, support, and direct staff to carry out the basic operation of their roles to maximize efficiency and performance, maintaining policy and standards of the property.
- Coach, develop, and provide feedback to staff for continued growth in current and future positions.
- Organize and oversee the guestroom preventive maintenance program, including scheduling, assigning work, keeping systems updated, and improving efficiency.
- Routinely inspect aesthetic repairs, projects, and work to ensure quality.
Use the maintenance work order system to distribute and track work. Maintain records and data for the system. - Create systems to ensure enough completed work is inspected: 25 % of staff work and 100 % of contractor work.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve needs efficiently, targeting 90 % within 15 minutes and 80 % within 30 minutes.
