Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center is a high‑end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. It is closed to the public.

Currently 800 hotel rooms – all single occupancy, no suites (expanding to 1,400 rooms in March 2026!).

The Transportation Manager is responsible for the logistics and operation of transportation throughout the hotel campus. This includes transporting associates, luggage, supplies, linen and other items between five buildings across a 225‑acre campus. In addition, act as liaison to our contracted guest transportation company to ensure timely and accurate airport pickups and drop offs.

• Recruit, interview, train, coach, discipline and conduct performance appraisals for direct and indirect reports. Also responsible for creating schedules and approving employees’ time, time off and shift changes.
• Assign, train, support and direct staff to carry out the basic operation of their roles to give maximum efficiency and performance, maintaining the policy and standards of the property.
• Coach, develop and provide feedback to the staff for continued growth in their current and future positions within our company.
• Oversee the logistical operations by managing efficient, timely intra‑campus shuttle services for associates and coordinate movement of supplies across campus locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and transportation service providers, ensuring compliance with service agreements and addressing any operational issues.
• Design and oversee processes for smooth guest arrival and departure, minimizing delays and congestion at key campus points.
