• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in CRM implementation or support
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with Zoho CRM
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Zoho CRM certification
• Experience with other CRM software solutions
• Knowledge of database management and SQL
