The technicians will be responsible for building, imaging, and refurbishing Dell laptops/PCs, assisting with warehouse operations, and managing shipping/receiving workflows. This is a critical role supporting a large deployment and hardware lifecycle project.

• Build, image, and configure Dell laptops and desktop PCs
• Install operating systems and ensure proper system setup
• Refurbish PCs to meet deployment and refresh requirements
• Support warehouse operations as needed
• Manage outbound shipping operations (e.g., packaging, labeling, Fed Ex coordination)
• Assist with inbound shipment processing and inventory handling
• Ensure all hardware is prepared according to project standards
• Maintain accuracy and organization in a high-volume environment

• Proven experience as a PC Technician, Desktop Support, or Computer Hardware Technician
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Building and imaging Dell laptops/PCs
• Installing operating systems
• Hardware troubleshooting and configuration
• Ability to work in a warehouse/production environment
• Good understanding of shipping workflows and logistics (Fed Ex experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
