• Lead projects, improve processes, and ensure flawless execution to help clients achieve philanthropic goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver customized strategic and administrative services.
• Drive significant impact through project management and process efficiencies.

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, operations, grants management, or process improvement.
• High attention to detail and ability to complete projects while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with clients or working in a client-facing role.
• Ability to synthesize client objectives and develop efficient plans.
• Experience researching and understanding the nonprofit sector.
• A B.A. or B.S. degree.
• Interest or exposure to philanthropy, charitable giving, and grantmaking.
• Capability to lead internal business processes such as invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation.
