Packer Inspector Compensation:
- Starting rate $15.00 an hour+ $1.00 shift differential for nights - paid weekly + Additional $2 per hour for perfect attendance per pay period.
Packer Inspector available night shifts
As a Packer Inspector, you will:
Packer provides support for the operation team by working safely, in a fast paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.
- Inspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices.
- Notify the Operator when product does not meet quality specifications; assist with resolution.
- Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
- Set up work area using materials as specified in the work order and replenish materials as needed.
- Assist the Operator with set-up and/or change over activities as directed.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
- Actively engage in safety programs.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Work overtime as required.
- Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
- Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Able to effectively communicate. Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demand/EffortManufacturing work environment. Constant physical activities are required for this position. Such activities could include: ability to reach over head, squat, and bend at the waist; the ability to lift boxes from 0-50 lbs depending on the line assigned; ability to climb up and down stairs throughout a 12 hour shift; tolerance of standing posture continuously for 12 hours; intense walking is involved;
able to tolerate working environment with inside excessive hot and cold temperatures.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
- Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job
- Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
