PALLET SORTER

As a Pallet Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our customer’s production.

• Hourly Pay: $18.00/hr.
• Shift: 1st Shift Sunday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Location: 15101 N Beach St, Fort Worth, TX 76177

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Coordinate trailer moves within the yard management system
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On‑Site Manager regularly

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment while performing physical tasks

• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and airborne particulates
• Repetitive body positioning: bending, stooping, walking, turning, pivoting, and standing for entire shifts of varying lengths
• Noise level varies by location
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, and color vision
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
