Lead Gymnastics Instructor – The Little Gym International

Located in Roanoke, TX.

Base pay: $10.00/hr – $11.00/hr (proportional to skills and experience).

Lead and support children aged 4 months through 12 years in engaging, safe gymnastics-based activities while creating a welcoming classroom environment.

• Prepare and manage class items, ensuring a seamless flow.
• Spot children safely and provide outstanding customer service.
• Create a warm, safe, and fun atmosphere for each class.
• Assist with birthday parties, camps, and other weekend events.
• Support the Assistant Instructor as needed and adapt schedules for part‑time/full‑time opportunities.

• A love for fun and encouragement, with experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics ideal.
• A customer‑centric mindset that ensures parents and children have a great experience.
