CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Join Eurest USA as a CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR. We are hiring immediately for full time and part time positions.

Westlake Charles Schwab - 3003 Schwab Way, Roanoke, TX 76262. Online applications accepted only.

Full time and part time schedules; days may vary, typically 6:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.

• Greet every customer and interact to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Greet all team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensure marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
• Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
• Assist in the buying/decision-making process by applying selling techniques.
• Ensure display foods are merchandised attractively and serve food neatly per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior food safety, organization, and customer service experience.
