Location: Roanoke, TX
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience). Full-time benefits and weekly pay.
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm;
Saturday: 8am – 12pm;
Sunday:
Closed. Overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Description: As a Store Sales Associate in our retail environment, you will engage directly with customers to help them select the right products for their painting projects. This role emphasizes customer service and requires a confident, responsible individual who takes initiative. At The Pittsburgh Paints Co. you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
- Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to meet customer specifications.
- Learning about PPC Brands and supporting store activities.
- Processing orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
- Tinting and color matching customer requirements.
- Safely handling, loading, and unloading products for stocking and order fulfillment.
- Supporting general store operations as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
- Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
- Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
- Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.
