SALLY STORE MANAGER:

• Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring the team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great, customized hair and beauty solution.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage the budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and company policies.
• Maintain a high standard of store appearance and operations.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
• Working conditions include long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items; exposure to irritant chemicals may occur.
