• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective home buyers.
• Guide customers through the home buying process from initial inquiry to closing.
• Collaborate with construction, design, and finance teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

• College degree preferred.
• General construction knowledge is helpful.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed to meet client needs.
