Field Sales Representative

Commission plus weekly pay Position Upright Roofing and Construction is hiring roofing sales/project managers to join our team. • Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration

• Run company leads Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000 - $250,000 per year Benefits:
• Flexible schedule

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay:
• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

• Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)

On the road Responsibilities:
• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business

Qualifications:

• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
• A consistent top performer in sales
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals Compensation: $100,000+
