We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Technician to support our field teams with soft washing and holiday lighting installations. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role where safety, attention to detail, and teamwork are key. No prior experience? No problem—we provide full training!

• Load and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations.
• Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs.
• Perform light equipment maintenance and clean‑up duties.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment (training provided).
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
