This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $23.13and $34.67

The Maintenance Technician I performs routine facilities maintenance and operational support activities under the direction of a supervisor or other facilities technicians. The role uses hand and powered tools, computers, portable devices, and powered industrial equipment to complete assigned work within established procedures and defined parameters. The role supports facilities technicians and tradespeople, maintains facilities equipment and work areas, records required operating information, and performs basic carpentry and other manual facilities tasks.

The position supports safe and reliable facility operations by following established safety requirements and responding to assigned Facilities department, operational partner, and network needs.

2:30pm - 11:00pm (5x8) Monday - Friday (No day off)

• Perform assigned routine facilities maintenance and support tasks within established procedures, including basic carpentry, furniture assembly and disassembly, snow removal, garbage compactor operation, cardboard baler operation, and other manual facilities work.
• Support facilities technicians and tradespeople by assisting with assigned maintenance activities and providing access to facility locations where service or repair work is required.
