About the role

• This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Texas location
• Hourly Rate
  : $17/hr + annual raise program
• We have 2 potential shifts

  • Weekday Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm
  • Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5 am - 6 pm
• PTO: This role offers paid vacation & sick days

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate
, you will support the fulfillment process by executing daily tasks in picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy through effective receiving and cycle counts. You ll work collaboratively within a high-performing team, meeting established KPIs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. With attention to quality standards and operational excellence, you ll contribute to on-time deliveries and accurate inventory systems while following established processes and procedures.

This role will report directly to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.

• Execute in-house fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and on time
• Support the receiving process by checking incoming shipments against purchase orders and properly storing inventory
• Participate in regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
• Follow quality standards as outlined by the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Contribute to team KPIs including on-time delivery and picking accuracy targets
• Identify and suggest improvements to warehouse processes and organization
• Maintain accurate system data, including inventory levels, bin locations, and lot tracking
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional warehouse operations as needed

• 1+ years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory procedures
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent teamwork skills with ability to collaborate effectively
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
