About The Role
The Warehouse Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our retail trade warehouse. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team supervision. - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience with warehouse management software and technology.
- Certification in safety management or OSHA standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
