Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and statements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus.
• Must have experience with Purchase Orders.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
