Job Summary /Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office. This role oversees administrative functions, office procedures, and support services while serving as a central point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitors.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Manage daily office operations and maintain a productive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment and maintenance needs.
- Act as Human Resources liaison between the station and corporate HR.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in:
Office administration, Administrative assistant or supervisory roles. - Experience managing:
Office operations and procedures, Staff scheduling and supervision, Vendors and office supplies. - Administrative & Financial
Skills:
Budget tracking and expense reporting, Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge, Invoice processing and payroll coordination, Record keeping and data management.
