Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Join a collaborative and service-oriented team as a Temporary Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This role will last approximately one year. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities and supporting both staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively in both English and another language. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain and update files and Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Manage office inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies as needed.
• Assist with employee hiring and onboarding processes.
• Support administrators with daily tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Proficiency in both English and another language (bilingual required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
