* What You’ll Do:

*** Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments
* Follow up with customers regarding maintenance reminders and service recommendations
* Confirm appointments and ensure accurate customer information
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to arrival
* Work closely with the service advisors and management team to drive service traffic##

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
* Customer-service mindset with a positive, professional attitude
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus—but not required
* Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mentality##
