Berglund Outdoors is seeking a skilled and reliable ATV Technician to join our team in Roanoke, VA. We have a strong customer base and a busy service department, providing steady work on a wide variety of power-sports vehicles.

Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on ATVs.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Order and replace parts as needed to complete repair tasks efficiently.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate with customers about repairs and maintenance.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Assist with other vehicle repairs as needed.
- Proven experience as an ATV Technician or similar mechanical role.
- Experience working on cars, trucks, motorcycles, or other motorized equipment is always a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ATV systems including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical components.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competitive pay range from $45,000 to $85,000 per year, paid bi-weekly based on productivity.
