Operations Project Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive Operations Project Manager to enhance efficiency and streamline processes within their organization in East London . You will be responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks, developing solutions, and managing projects that improve workflow, productivity, and overall business performance. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to lead change initiatives effectively.

You will work closely with operational teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within operational departments.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
• Track project progress, analyze performance data, and report on key metrics and outcomes.
• Facilitate training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management or project management with an operational focus.
• Proven ability to manage process improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and project management software.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
