Product Designer

What if your day job felt less like production and more like authorship? That's the Product Designer reality Performance Solutions Inc is building in Roanoke, VA. Picture $59,000 - $77,000, a remote cadence, and 5 years of Maze translating into a mid-level seat you actually steer at Performance Solutions Inc.

• Partner with copywriters to align visuals with messaging and tone
• Read the room mid-presentation and reorder the deck on the fly
• Wring narrative clarity from a feature list three product managers fought over
• Defend a strong idea in the room, then refine it the moment data disagrees
• Resurface old Performance Solutions Inc archives for motifs worth a second, sharper life
• Curate the reference wall that keeps a 3-person studio pointed the same way

• The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
• A communicator who can disagree without making it personal
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
• Practical command of Atomic Design, with bonus points for Leadership
• Comfort presenting to a VA-wide audience without a script

Performance Solutions Inc makes Leadership look simple, which anyone in creative knows is the customer-obsessed hardest thing to pull off. A mid-level title opens doors here, but earning real trust is what keeps them open.
