Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Making daily outbound calls to new customers with a focus on successfully onboarding them and building relationships.
• Building great working relationships and working closely together with Branch Managers and Sales teams.
• Prioritizing onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new customers.
• Providing necessary information and support to guide customers through the onboarding process and first purchase.
• Capturing and actioning customer and branch interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

• You are skilled at striking the right balance between professionalism and friendliness when engaging with customers, creating a positive and welcoming interaction.
• You have excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to different customer types
• You have a positive and can-do attitude
• A team player who not only collaborates effectively but also brings a positive and down-to-earth energy to the workplace
• Have experience in a Call Centre or customer support role
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a commitment to meet deadlines.
• The ability to self-manage, follow instructions and be proactive in order to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
