Service BDC Representative Wanted!
Priority Honda Roanoke is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team! As part of Lithia & Driveway, the largest automotive retailer in North America, we offer stability, growth, and real career advancement in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Do:- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding maintenance reminders and service recommendations
- Confirm appointments and ensure accurate customer information
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to arrival
- Work closely with the service advisors and management team to drive service traffic
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Customer-service mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus—but not required
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mentality
