Customer Service Representative; CSR

Join A Cleaner World as a Customer Service Representative and help customers with their dry cleaning and laundry needs. In this customer-facing role, you’ll welcome customers, manage drop-offs and pickups, process transactions, and help resolve questions and concerns. Our philosophy is simple:

• Welcome customers and assist with dry cleaning and laundry drop-offs and pickups.
• Inspect garments, check orders for accuracy, and record special care instructions.
• Answer questions about cleaning services and introduce helpful options, including free pickup and delivery.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process customer transactions.
• Listen to customer concerns and work to find solutions.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready to serve customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Friendly, helpful approach and professional communication skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail when handling garments and orders.
• Willingness to learn, follow directions, accept feedback, and support teammates.
• Comfort using a computer, processing customer transactions, and working on your feet throughout your shift.
• Previous customer service, retail, or dry cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
