Rural Health Group Dental - NC Licensed Dentist

Salary range: $140,000–$155,000 based on experience plus a sign‑on bonus. Relocation allowance, continuing education allowance, loan repayment available.

Full‑time employees are eligible for medical, dental, life, short‑term disability, and long‑term disability insurance. The company pays a significant portion of the medical insurance premium and offers a 403(b) retirement plan with an immediate contribution.

Each location has six operatories equipped with state‑of‑the‑art dental equipment, including digital imaging. We use eClinical

Works (eCW) for electronic dental records and practice management. Patient mix includes adults and pediatric patients. The typical schedule is four 10‑hour days per week.

• 15 Family Practice / Internal Medicine offices, OB/GYN office, Pediatrics office, and School Based Health Center Program (outpatient only Family/Internal Medicine; OB/GYN & Pediatrics have hospital privileges and call)
• 3 dental offices (general dentistry / all ages)
• 3 in‑house pharmacies, 340b pharmacy program
• Integrated Behavioral Health (Psychologists and LCSWs)
• Case Management, Care Managers
• Community‑Based Outreach Program:
  Migrant/Seasonal Farm Worker, Health Education, Insurance Outreach

We provide care to all ages and backgrounds, with a special emphasis on the underserved. Insurance coverage includes NC Medicaid, NC Health Choice, private insurance, and the uninsured.

Our team includes Family Physicians, Internists, IM/Peds, PA, NP, OB/GYN, CNM, Pediatrician, Dentist, Clinical Pharmacist, Psychologist, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Preferred:
Minimum one year of experience or residency. New graduates are considered. Candidates should be committed to rural practice and willing to establish roots in or near Roanoke Rapids or Rocky Mount.
