Bilingual Dental Patient Access Representative
Location: Roanoke, VA Salary: $47,400.00–$59,250.00 Job Type: Full‑time Seniority Level: Entry level Industry: Health Care
Job Overview: The Dental Patient Access Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients in a dental office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare or dental office environment.

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co‑payments.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Translate for patients who are not fluent in English.
- Provide information to patients about dental procedures and treatments.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish is preferred.
- Experience working in a healthcare or dental office environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
