AboutThe Role
Under supervision of the Lab Supervisor, produce check sockets and laminated definitive prosthetic sockets as indicated by production orders.
What You’ll Do- Fabricate prosthetic devices following established work instructions and quality standards.
- Operate machinery such as power tools requiring high hand‑eye coordination.
- Mix pigments according to formula to duplicate customer requests.
- Test prostheses for freedom of movement, sealed valves, alignment of parts, and biomechanical stability using plumb line and alignment fixtures.
- Maintain and request adequate supplies of fabrication materials and components.
- Maintain and clean the production area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school graduate or GED.
- Self‑motivated, dependable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and able to lead when needed.
- Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
