Our client located in Roanoke, VA is seeking a BIM Family Designer.

Responsibilities:

Develop BIM models for the Revit library based on experience, sketches and verbal information from others.
Ensure libraries and projects are maintained, meet standards, and provide the desired functionality in models.
Assist in development and documentation of Revit library standards.
Develop strong interdepartmental relationships and open communication lines to assure efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or certificate in computer aided design for AutoCAD/Revit or equivalent experience in Revit in related field.
1 year minimum on the job experience with Revit Family creation or structural, mechanical, and electrical fields.
Technical ability in the Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical fields.
Hybrid or remote options are available for the right candidate. Also have the option to work onsite everyday.
Salary range is $25-28/hr.
Full benefits are offered after 90 days of employment.
