Full time schedule with 1:5 call coverage Mixture of clinic, surgery, and call responsibilities Coverage needed until permanent surgeon recruited Ongoing coverage for retiring and relocating surgeons Performs CABGs, valves, and aortic aneurysm repair Busy ECMO center
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
