Join the Pearle Vision team as an Associate Optometrist working part‑time in Richmond, VA. You will partner with a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor, providing high‑quality optometric care in a private practice setting.

The role is based within a fully furnished office equipped with a full suite of optometric devices. Patient appointments are managed through an automated online booking and recall system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and vision care solutions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor and Pearle Vision staff to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to practice protocols while exercising professional autonomy.
