Associate Optometrist – Roanoke, VA — next to Lens Crafters at The Valley View Mall. An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Doctor of Optometry. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, the practice is private and independent. Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides high-quality optometric care and service to patients. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule
• Fully furnished office with a complete OD equipment suite; many use Clarifye digital eye examination technology
• Access to Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and available tech and pre-testing support
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system
