• Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.
• Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season. Must be able to attend training sessions before the middle of December. This information is subject to change!

• Do you have a passion for skiing and a knack for helping others learn? Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Ski Instructors to join our team!
• No prior experience in teaching or skiing is required-we provide all the training you need! As a Ski Instructor, you may primarily focus on teaching children, creating a safe, fun, and inspiring environment for young learners. Share your love for skiing with guests of all skill levels and help them achieve their snow sport goals.
• Whether you're introducing beginners to the slopes or refining the skills of advanced skiers, your role will be crucial in delivering a memorable experience at Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

• Teach snow sports in a safe, fun environment to ensure a memorable experience for guests and staff.
• Represent the Resort by being well-informed about facilities and products.
• Build rapport with guests and staff by establishing trust and showing care.
• Adhere to Ski and Snowboard School practices and resort policies.
• Participate in required and optional training clinics, workshops, and exams.
• Maintain professionalism by following uniform and grooming policies.
• Complete all necessary reports accurately.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Beginner level Skier or intermediate Snowboarder
• All Instructors must be willing & able to learn to ski
• Knowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certification preferred
• Previous outdoor experience is a plus
• May require lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
