SAP Finance; FICO – Senior Consultant

The SAP Finance (FICO) Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within SAP S/4

HANA environments. This role requires deep functional knowledge of end-to-end financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO-PA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA). The consultant will serve as a key interface between finance stakeholders and technical teams to deliver integrated, scalable financial solutions that support business operations and regulatory compliance.

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
• Conduct requirement analysis and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Configure GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, CO-PA, and Cost Center Accounting processes.
• Implement S/4
  
  HANA Finance functionalities such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing Cockpit.
• Collaborate with other module consultants (SD, MM, PP, HR) for cross‑functional integrations.
• Manage financial master data, chart of accounts, cost elements, and internal orders.
• Execute financial data migration using tools like LSMW or Migration Cockpit and validate balances and line items.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and reporting in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Conduct user training, UAT, and post‑go‑live support for smooth transition and adoption.
• Participate in financial reporting automation using Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Stay updated with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance and Group Reporting innovations.

• Deep functional understanding of SAP FI and CO sub‑modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO‑PA, and Internal Orders.
• Knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, PP, and Payroll.
• Strong experience with Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and New GL concepts.
• Exposure to Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Payment Medium Workbench (PMW).
• Understanding of taxation, foreign currency valuation, and financial consolidation processes.
• Experience with Fiori financial apps and S/4
  
  HANA embedded analytics.
• Strong data migration and reconciliation experience from ECC to S/4
  
  HANA..

• SAP FICO configuration (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA).
• S/4
  
  HANA Finance and Universal Journal experience.
• End‑to‑end implementation experience across industries.
• Exposure to Cloud and on‑premise integration scenarios.

• SAP Group Reporting or Central Finance exposure.
• Willingness to work on an SAP ECC project initially for 3 months.
• Experience with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) or BPC.
• Integration experience with CPI, Ariba, or Concur.

• SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting or Management Accounting (FICO).
• Preferred Tools: SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Fiori Apps, Migration Cockpit, Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Solution Manager.
