We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance (FICO) Consultant specializing in Product Costing. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules within S/4

HANA environments. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to integrate financial processes seamlessly across manufacturing and product costing operations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead SAP Finance and Product Costing implementations across S/4

HANA environments. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, configure, and optimize financial workflows, ensuring accurate cost management, profitability analysis, and integration with manufacturing and supply chain processes. This position requires both technical expertise and a strong understanding of financial principles within manufacturing industries.

• Implement and configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO), and Product Costing.
• Support and enhance S/4
  
  HANA Finance functionalities like Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Margin Analysis (CO‑PA).
• Design and implement product costing strategies including cost component splits, overhead calculations, and cost center planning.
• Integrate Finance and Controlling processes with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PP.
• Conduct end‑to‑end financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation during project rollouts.
• Perform system testing, user training, and post‑implementation support for financial processes.
• Develop reports and analytics for cost variance analysis, profitability reports, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define finance process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, audit requirements, and internal control frameworks.

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP FICO with a focus on Product Costing and Manufacturing Accounting.
• Expertise in S/4
  
  HANA Finance features such as Universal Journal and Parallel Ledger Accounting.
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with SD, MM, and PP modules for manufacturing operations.
• Deep understanding of Cost Object Controlling (CO‑PC), Profitability Analysis (CO‑PA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
• Knowledge of financial closing processes, internal orders, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience with SAP Private Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industries such as automotive, process, or discrete manufacturing.
• Exposure to SAP S/4
  
  HANA Group Reporting and Central Finance functionalities.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori applications for Finance and Controlling.

• SAP Certified Consultant (Preferred)
