Anticipated salary between $68,000 - $75,000, plus a $2,000 sign‑on bonus.

- Provide clinical supervision to assigned SUD staff, including CSACs, CSAC Supervisees, CSAC‑A, Peer Recovery Specialists, and their supervises.
- Deliver clinical activities and licensure documentation required for supervisee licensure.
- Assume a lead role in mentoring other SUD Counselors.
- Virginia CSAC with at least 2 years of practice and meeting all Supervisor requirements.
- Or LPC/LCSW/MD/RN board‑certified in Substance Abuse (MAC, AADC, NCACII) or CSAC with minimum 1 year of Substance Abuse counseling and 100 hours of didactic training.
- Licensed or Licensed‑Eligible (LPC/LCSW/LSAPT) clinician in Virginia, with a master’s degree and registration as a resident in counseling or supervisee in social work if not yet licensed.
Clinical experience supervising individuals and working with individuals impacted by addiction. Experience in a broad range of therapeutic modalities (individual, group, and family therapies) is preferred, as well as in‑depth knowledge of evidence‑based practice models for outpatient substance abuse services programs. Prior clinical supervision experience is preferred.
