Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Warm Hearth at Home for a PRN Occupational Therapist. We are expanding into the Roanoke, VA area and will be adding to our therapy team for home health coverage in greater Roanoke.

The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
