Community-Based Therapist, Child & Adolescent Family Services

Pay: Additional compensation commensurate with experience.

• Master's Degree: $24/hour. Degree must be eligible to register as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work.
• Licensed LPC or LCSW Pay: $31/hour.

Therapists in our Community-Based Services Program provide therapy to children and their families to address issues that are putting the child at risk of an out-of-home placement. Services are primarily provided in the home and/ or community.

What we are looking for: Candidate must be able to apply trauma informed care, act as a team player, be open minded, and willing to learn and apply evidenced based modalities.

  This position requires a Master's degree that is eligible to register as a Resident in Counseling or a Supervisee in Social Work in Virginia. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will have a higher pay rate.
• Experience counseling children and families is a plus!
• Safe Driving Record: This position requires driving agency vehicles and transporting clients. Candidates must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years).
