What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and community mental health clinics
  • Collaborate with internal partners including marketing, patient access, and medical science liaisons
  • Uphold highest ethical standards, including FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, demonstrating leadership skills
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales and account management disposition
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution
  • Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Familiarity with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and other business intelligence tools
  • Ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and experience in performance‑based environments
