Care Manager – Second Shift

Terra Bella Senior Living is looking for a dedicated Care Manager to join our team at Pheasant Ridge. The role includes hands‑on care, emotional support, and ensuring a safe, home‑like environment for each resident.

• Maintain cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Help residents maintain independence, promote dignity and physical safety
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating)
• Engage residents in life skills and other enrichment activities

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and coworkers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, decision‑making skills
