Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive evaluation and intervention services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. With multiple openings available, you will work closely with educators and families to support the communication development of children across a diverse caseload.
Located in Roanoke, VA, this K-12 school setting offers a dynamic and supportive environment for your professional growth. The role involves assessing speech and language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify communication needs
* Implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to each student
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
* Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials preferred
* SLP licensure or eligibility in the state
* Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
* Experience working within school-based settings across K-12 grade levels
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Position Details:
* Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
* Multiple openings available (6 positions)

* Located in Roanoke, VA
