Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare (BRBH) in Roanoke, VA seeks a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for individuals in the Mental Health Docket. Responsibilities include assessment, discharge planning, and coordinating referrals to housing, nutrition, dental, financial and educational services.
Travel to local jails is required (approximately 10%). The ideal candidate will know community resources and the criminal justice system, work independently, and be a strong team player
