Catering Operations Assistant

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Catering Operations Assistant to support their event management team in East London . This role is integral to the smooth running of daily operations, assisting with logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination. You will gain broad experience across various aspects of the catering business, working closely with chefs, event managers, and service staff.
