We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes with strong experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4

HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, pricing, billing, and integration with EDI systems. This role requires a combination of functional and technical expertise to ensure seamless order processing, invoicing, and communication with external systems and trading partners.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Order-to-Cash processes with a focus on EDI integrations. You will collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure that order management, pricing, and billing processes run efficiently while maintaining data accuracy and compliance across business systems.

• Lead and manage SAP OTC process design, configuration, and support activities within S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Configure and optimize core OTC functionalities including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management.
• Implement and manage EDI integrations for customer order processing, invoicing, and confirmations.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable SAP OTC solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between OTC processes and SAP modules such as FICO, MM, and SD.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange with customers and trading partners.
• Develop and maintain documentation for functional specifications, configurations, and EDI mapping requirements.
• Conduct testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful go-live and adoption of OTC solutions.
• Support post-implementation operations and drive continuous improvements in order fulfillment and billing efficiency.

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes within S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Proficiency in SAP SD module including order processing, delivery, billing, and pricing configuration.
• Experience working with EDI systems and interfaces such as IDocs, XML, and API-based integrations.
• Knowledge of integration between OTC and FICO modules for credit management and payment processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
• Ability to lead client discussions, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality functional documentation.

• Experience working with SAP Public Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of automation tools and middleware platforms such as SAP PI/PO, BTP, or CPI for EDI integration.
• Familiarity with logistics execution and supply chain integration scenarios.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4
  
  HANA Sales (Preferred)
• SAP SD, EDI Mapping, IDoc Monitoring, SAP Fiori Apps, and Solution Manager.
