SAP P2P – Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP P2P solutions in S/4

HANA environments. This role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing procurement operations to achieve maximum business efficiency.

As a Senior Consultant in SAP P2P, you will lead the implementation and support of procurement and sourcing processes within S/4

HANA. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and execute scalable solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices, ensuring process automation, compliance, and supplier collaboration.

• Lead end-to-end SAP P2P implementation and support across multiple business units.
• Configure and manage SAP S/4
  
  HANA P2P processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification.
• Integrate procurement workflows with MM, SRM, and FICO modules to ensure seamless data flow.
• Define and implement automation workflows for procurement and payment cycles.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and risk management standards in procurement operations.
• Support business stakeholders in defining requirements, creating functional specifications, and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain master data for materials, vendors, and pricing conditions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve P2P-related system and process issues in a timely manner.
• Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation for continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong expertise in SAP P2P processes, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor payment integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA sourcing and procurement modules.
• In-depth knowledge of integration between P2P, MM, SRM, and FICO modules.
• Experience in developing and implementing procurement automation and workflow solutions.
• Understanding of procurement analytics and reporting through SAP Fiori applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and work independently under minimal supervision.

• Willingness to work on ECC projects during transition periods.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, or similar procurement solutions.
• Exposure to SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of supplier collaboration tools and vendor performance management.
