SAP OTC – Senior Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP S/4

HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, with experience managing the end-to-end OTC cycle from order management to billing and cash application. This role demands both technical and functional skills to design, configure, and optimize OTC processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and EDI systems.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Order-to-Cash processes within S/4

HANA environments. You will collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient order processing, accurate billing, and timely revenue recognition. You will also play a key role in integrating OTC processes with EDI systems to streamline data exchange and enhance operational efficiency.

• Lead SAP OTC implementation projects and manage all stages of the order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Configure SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) components including pricing, order processing, billing, and credit management.
• Collaborate with FICO and MM teams to ensure end-to-end integration of financial and logistics processes.
• Work on EDI integrations for seamless communication with customers, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Define and implement business process improvements to enhance order fulfillment and billing performance.
• Support master data management, including customer, material, and pricing records.
• Perform system testing, validation, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and enhancements.
• Provide post-go-live support, documentation, and user training for SAP OTC functionalities.

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP OTC (Order‑to‑Cash) processes in S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Proficiency in configuring SD module including pricing, delivery, billing, and order management.
• Knowledge of EDI interfaces and integration technologies for OTC automation.
• Experience in credit management, dispute management, and revenue recognition processes.
• Strong understanding of integration between OTC, FICO, and MM modules.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience working on SAP ECC projects and migration to S/4
  
  HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Exposure to SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, CPI, or PI/PO.
• Knowledge of order management analytics and reporting using Fiori apps.

• SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4
  
  HANA Sales (Preferred)
• Tools: SAP SD, Pricing, Billing, EDI, and SD‑FI Integration.
