We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Production Planning (PP) with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4

HANA implementation, production processes, and variant configuration to deliver optimized manufacturing solutions. This role involves working with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and implement customized solutions that enhance production efficiency and meet business requirements.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading SAP PP and AVC module implementations in S/4

HANA environments. You will configure and optimize production planning processes, variant configurations, and product modeling to support complex manufacturing operations. The role requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP PP and Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) implementations in S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Design, configure, and support production planning processes including MRP, BOMs, routing, and work centers.
• Develop and manage variant configuration models and product structures using AVC.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with SD, MM, and QM modules.
• Perform business process analysis and develop functional specifications for customization and enhancements.
• Provide guidance on production order management, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
• Participate in data migration, testing, training, and documentation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business users during go‑live and post‑implementation activities, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption.
• Continuously improve system functionality by identifying gaps and implementing best practices in PP and AVC.

• Hands‑on experience in SAP PP and Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) within S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, master data, and production workflows.
• Expertise in variant configuration modeling, dependencies, and constraints.
• Experience in integrating PP with SD, MM, and QM modules.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality solutions under tight deadlines.

• Experience in SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SAP PP‑PI (Process Industries) and shop floor execution systems.
• Exposure to advanced planning tools such as SAP IBP or APO.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

• SAP Certified Consultant (Preferred)
• Tools: SAP S/4
  
  HANA, AVC, Fiori Apps, and Solution Manager.
