Job Title: Document AI / IDP Developer (Offshore)
Location: Offshore
Positions: 2 offshore resources
Work Hours: Must work until 1:00 PM CST
Start Date: 1st December 2025 (No later than 8th December 2025)
We require offshore Document AI developers to support IDP development and model enhancement. Multiple consultants may be engaged to cover the full scope of skills required.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and support OCR-based extraction solutions.
Assist in training and validating document recognition models.
Build integration APIs and Python scripts for data processing.
Provide daily updates and support overlapping hours with onshore team.
Required SkillsStrong OCR, NLP, and Document AI tool experience.
Hands-on Python, REST APIs, JSON, and cloud tools.
Ability to collaborate remotely and work aligned to US time zones.
